It would have to be CAR WebD3 style SMASHUP Snowcrash+Threshhold with a Green SideShow Wrap Flava! the Granular control of the wheel Gyros of the Cyber Rhonin Pizza Delivery Hacker in Snowcrash http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snowcrash with the Part Hardening from the Yankee School Of Engineering of the Hero's MotorBike in Threshold http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Threshold_(novel) .
SERIOUSLY, It would need the Green Performance of a TESLA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesla_(car)#Performance & a Solar Bioelectric (like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric_eel meets http://carwraps.net/gallery/ ) Charging Wrap. Then I would Drive again. That Solar Wrap would charge while you drive & SHOCK Carjackers on Demand!!!
